Our Customer Satisfaction Has Continued to Improve

We conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey to find out how we can better serve our customers and identify potential areas for development. Customer satisfaction increased compared to last year. We also asked how likely our customers would recommend our products and services to their colleagues. This question measures the value of Net Promoter Score (NPS). Our NPS this year was 47, which is close to our target of 50+.

We collect customer service feedback throughout the year, so it came as no surprise that our customer service received a commendable rating this year as well. Satisfaction with our solutions also increased. In addition, we received praise especially for our agility and deployment projects. We have gone through all the feedback and raised development targets to the action plans, which we will take forward next year together with our customers.

We conducted a lottery among all of the respondents and this year’s lottery favored the following: Eila Pylkkänen Kuopion Vesi, Juhani Karhu Valkeakosken Energia and Matti Takamäki Koillis-Satakunnan Sähkö. The winners have been contacted personally.
